Jenny Craig offers its personal product of solo-packed meals referred to as the Jenny Cuisine. Jenny Craig states that the reason behind this pre-packaged food is to teach participants regarding healthy nourishment and to exercise self-control in serving sizes.
Together with the Jenny Cuisine and nibbles or sweets, you can also eat fruits, veggies, and dairy products low in fat, which you can buy from the supermarket.
The only thing with Jenny Craig though is that it can be very high-priced. It is hard to give an approximation on the actual price of one program. It is due to the fact that their online site does not give much information about their prices. They will not give detailed information about the plan, unless you are already talking to them over the phone, or you are already in their office. The membership fees can be as high as $300, depending on which plan you choose. And then, you also need to purchase every food included in the plan, that costs at around $10 to $15 a day, apart from the fruits, veggies, whole grains, low-fat dairy products, and add-ons they recommend you to consume to maintain a balanced diet.
